About Me

I am here to help you reach the fat loss goals that you have always wanted to achieve. No extreme diets, not spending hours in the gym, just proven methods that will allow for you to reach your goal.


I am not about false advice and fake results. I want to help you understand the fundamentals of calorie consumption, basic strength training and putting habits in to practice each day, to become the best version of your self.


I used to do endless amounts of cardio including 6 hours of boxing a week, but I could never achieve the body that I wanted. Now that I know what to do, I want to help as many people as possible. There is no hidden secret, just consistency built on methods and habits that suit your lifestyle.
